These terms govern your use of win.dominic-jones.com, operated by Barton Technology Ltd, Company No. 3930086, Suite 652, 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX(“we”, “us”, “our”), trading as Dominic Jones. By entering a competition or otherwise using this site you agree to these terms.
This page covers the site as a whole — eligibility, acceptable use, intellectual property and liability. Each individual competition also has its own prize-draw terms, published at /[competition]/terms (for example win.dominic-jones.com/september-giveaway/terms) — those set out that competition’s specific prizes, opening and closing dates, eligibility for that draw, and how the winner is chosen. Where the two disagree on anything specific to a competition, that competition’s own terms take precedence over the general rules on this page.
You must be 18 or over to enter any competition on this site. Each competition allows one entry per person (one email address); entering more than once, or creating multiple accounts to gain extra entries, is not permitted and may result in disqualification.
Entry to every competition run on this site is free. Nothing about entering, or about any of the optional bonus actions (social follows, shares, referrals) that earn additional entries, costs money. This site does not process payments and does not sell anything.
You agree not to attempt to gain extra entries by any means other than the actions genuinely listed on a competition page — including using automated tools, multiple identities, fake accounts, or falsely claiming to have completed an action (for example clicking “I’ve shared this” without actually doing so).
Actions that award points on a click — such as confirming a social follow or share — are audited before any prize is awarded, not just at the point they’re claimed. We review the winning entrant’s activity for signs of abuse before a prize is confirmed. Entries found to be fraudulent, automated, or in breach of these terms will be disqualified, and any points earned from them voided. Disqualification can happen at any point, including after a draw, if evidence of abuse is found during the winner audit.
There are no passwords on this site — you sign in to your entrant portal using a one-time link sent to your email address (“magic link”). You’re responsible for keeping access to that email address secure, since it’s how we identify you and how you’d receive a winner notification.
All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos and images — is the property of Barton Technology Ltd or our licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the site following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
